Hi AMS! I’m a 27-year-old retail store designer living in downtown Columbus, Ohio entering 2020 as my second year of competing in the NPC bikini division. My fitness journey has taught me so much about self-worth, inner-strength and has led me to meet some of the most incredibly inspiring people. My hope is to show people that being THE best and being YOUR best are two very different things. And to prove to myself that I am capable of amazing things if I work hard and believe in myself.
