I’m an advocate for fitness. Fitness saved my sanity in 2012 and I’ve never looked back. It wasn’t until the end of 2014, while going through a divorce, that I started to take it more serious and start competing in bodybuilding that pushed me to love it. From that, I’ve become a Certified Trainer who’s next goal is to become an IFBB Pro, fierce competitor and advocate for fitness through my company Muscle Bling Fitness and Competition Wear.
