My passion for fitness and my drive of creativity out works anyone I know. I love to help others and it is my dream to inspire others to reach for their dreams. Knowing, no matter where you come from or what has happened to you in life that if you want it, and work for it and never give up, dreams really do come true. To change is temporary and to transform is forever, but without the right guidance you could be chasing the wrong thing in life. It is not all about the weight loss but about the way in which we carry ourselves and love ourselves along the way. I am a mom of 2 boys and i want to continue to lead by example that if you see it, own it, solve it, and do it then your goals can be achieved.
